Annual Reports

The division's annual reports since 1996. Published each year by September 30, this is a record of the status of the division.

Data Downloads

Extracts of food, lodging and elevator data statewide. These provide detailed listings of license and plan review applications, active licenses, inspections, and food worker training in Florida.

Emergency Closures

Weekly update of food and lodging establishments in Florida closed by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Posting began in October 2008.

Fire Violation Reports

The 2008 Florida Legislature passed Chapter 2008-055, Laws of Florida, changing the Division of Hotels and Restaurants’ fire inspection responsibility effective July 1, 2008. This law requires the division to notify the State Fire Marshal or local fire safety authorities of readily observable violations of rules adopted under Chapter 633, Florida Statutes. These reports are sent weekly to the fire authorities in compliance with this law.

Food and Lodging Statistical Reports

Summary reports of food and lodging licenses and seats/rental units statewide, by licensing district and by county. We have statistical summary reports going back to the 1950's.

Food Misrepresentation Cases

Monthly update of summary reports of administrative cases that include violations for food misrepresentation, starting in 2006.

Restaurant Disciplinary Activity Reports

Reports of administrative cases completed each month statewide.
